Growing up and eating a variety of foods, including healthy and not so healthy food, I thought it was normal to experience stomach discomfort after eating. Running to the bathroom soon after eating was a norm. But it wasn’t until my late 20’s and early 30’s I started to really suffer. I was overwhelmed with fatigue, blotchy skin covered with acne, acne that I didn’t even experience as a teen! I was at a point where I thought I would have to wear makeup on a daily basis just so I would feel good about myself. And I hate wearing makeup!

It wasn’t until I decided to take a look at what I was eating to help improve my skin that I realized my daily gut distress was not normal. Repairing my gut health not only improved my skin, but gave me energy to take care of my children and every other aspect of my life! I could look at myself in the mirror and not even think about makeup. I had the confidence and energy I needed to start reaching my goals and helping others.

I studied nutrition with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I specialized in gut health, and with the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. I’ve help many people over the past many years to improve their gut health which is usually the base for most health problems. Problems that my clients thought were unrelated to their gut were cleared up through my program.
